5. Think carefully what you need on a journey. If you Don’t need something, DO NOT pack it. The lighter the load, the lower the fuel consumption and emissions. Remove the roof racks if not needed, as they create wind drag.

So ladies, we are the best victims in this…carrying gym clothes & never making it to the gym, 5 pairs of shoes just in-case, books that we’re planning to read, office work (for self employed) that we’re hoping to work on, toys that were not carried out from our Sunday outing etc.

6. This is a great tip for those who pump gas for themselves.
At the pump, keep the hose in the tank until after the pump shuts off & make sure you allow all the fuel to pour out of the nozzle. As much as a quarter of a cup can pour from the hose; it’s yours, you paid for it!
